I am Alex, a 23-year-old artist from Germany.
Full-time graphic designer, part-time artist!
Terms of Service
All payments have to be done upfront through PayPal; Euro (€) or Dollar (USD) only.COMMISSION T.O.SI am allowed to refuse your commission if:
🌙The character or request is too complex
🌙You are rude or weird toward me
🌙I know you have had bad history regarding payment or behaviour
🌙I feel uncomfortable for any reason at all
🌙Please allow me at least six (6) weeks to work on your commission.
I will give a heads-up if I need more time.

Full refunds can only be given if I have not started working on your commission yetIf you ask for a refund after I have started you can only receive the full amount MINUS work already done.
Example: Sketch has been made. Refund = full price - sketch price.

🌙You may not use the commission or my designs for any type of profit (eg. selling merch).
🌙You may not alter my commission/art in any way.
🌙You may under no circumstances remove my signature and/or watermark.DESIGN T.O.S
🌙Do not claim my designs as your own
🌙Do not delete and/or hide a character's Toyhouse profile
🌙Do credit me (Mondspringer on TH) if you repost on other sites
🌙Do not sell a design for more than you got it for unless it has additional art. Stay reasonable when pricing & selling
🌙I don't do refunds on purchased characters for any reason
🌙Redesigns are okay but are not to be separated from the original design
🌙If the design/character belongs to a closed species, please make sure to follow its rules
🌙By buying and/or owning a design/character you agree to all terms written aboveBreaking the T.O.S will result in a blacklisting and a block.
